Client Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges, and offer tailored solutions to drive success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and work to expand business relationships.
• Manage and resolve client issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and presentations to clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, our products, and competitors to provide informed guidance.
• Assist in developing and executing strategies to retain and upsell clients.
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent PAEY and build relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in client account management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with payment solutions, financial technology, or related industries.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a client-centric approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend events (if applicable).
