PSP Agent

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Payment Service Providers (PSPs) within your assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with PSPs to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new PSPs and optimize payment processes.
• Understand the needs and requirements of PSPs and provide expert guidance and support.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the payments landscape.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, terms, and agreements with PSPs.
• Monitor PSP performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to represent PAEY and build partnerships.
• Provide insights and recommendations for business growth opportunities related to PSPs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in working with Payment Service Providers or related roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel (if applicable) to meet with PSP partners and attend industry events.
